Why wrap?

You should wrap your boat for winter storage to protect it from harsh weather, including snow, ice, rain, and wind, preventing physical damage like cracking and fading. Wrapping also deterrents moisture, mold, and mildew, as well as pests like rodents and insects, creating a sealed, waterproof barrier for the boat's interior and exterior.

By providing this complete protection, a boat wrap ensures your vessel remains in good condition and ready for the next boating season.
When you complete the reserve form we will be in contact with you to fill your wrapping needs. Due to our custom professional wrapping, we need to assess each item. Wrapping is charged by the linear foot.

Key Benefits of Winter Boat Wrapping

  • Protects Against Weather: The wrap creates a protective barrier against snow, rain, ice, and harsh wind, preventing damage to the boat's surfaces and structures.
  • Prevents Moisture Damage: It keeps moisture out, which is crucial for preventing mold and mildew growth inside the boat's cabin and other sensitive areas.
  • Deters Pests: A tight, properly installed wrap prevents rodents, insects, and other pests from nesting inside the boat.
  • Minimizes Wear and Tear: The wrap protects the boat's exterior from UV rays, fading, and damage to the gel coat or paint job.
  • Prevents Snow Load Damage: A well-installed wrap with proper support poles creates a sloped surface that sheds snow and prevents accumulation that could damage the boat.

How It Works

  • Waterproof Barrier: Marine-grade shrink wrap is applied and then heated to create a tight, sealed barrier that is waterproof and wind-resistant.
  • Ventilation: Vents are included in the wrap to allow for proper airflow, reducing condensation buildup inside the boat and preventing the "greenhouse effect" where heat gets trapped.
  • Support Structure: Support poles are used to create a peaked structure, allowing the wrap to shed snow and water effectively and prevent it from collapsing under its own weight.
