What size lots do you offer?
All our lots are 12 foot extra wide lots with varying length to fit your needs from 30 to 60 feet.
How do I determine the right size lot for my needs?
Measure the length of what you are storing. Make sure you rent a lot a couple feet longer than your item. This will ensure ease of moving around your item. You can also store several items in one lot.
How secure is the facility?
We understand the importance of protecting your belongings. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and gated access.
Gated entry with keypad access: Only authorized tenants can enter the premises, ensuring your items remain safe and secure at all times.
Are there any restrictions on what I can store?
Yes, we cannot store any hazmat material, dangerous goods, or living beings.
How do I rent a lot?
Simply click on the rent tab and select your size. You will be guided through the steps. Once approved you will receive a gate code to access your lot.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, we have a minimum 1-month rental period.
How do I make payments for my lot?
You can pay online with a credit/debit card, checking account or autopay all through the website.
Can I change lot sizes after renting?
Yes, if you decide you need a bigger lot or would like to downsize to a smaller lot, you can change on the website or email us at thesafestoragellc@gmail.com
What if I forget my keypad code?
Email or call us. We will make sure you can access your lot.
Can I rent more than one lot?
Yes, you can rent as many lots as you need.
How do I cancel my lot rental?
If you no longer need your lot. You can end your lot rental through the website.
Do you offer insurance for stored items?
Yes, we offer extra insurance starting at $12/mo with $0 deductible for your belongings.
How often is the facility maintained?
The facility is maintained on an as needed basis. This ensures you have access year-round.
Are my items at the facility secure?
Yes, our security fence is built on top of a reinforced concrete slab. Commercial grade fencing topped with barbed wires. We have motion detection security cameras with full night mode that will alert us if anything is in or trying to get into the property.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards and ACH.
Can I access my lot anytime?
No, you can access your lot between the hours of 5am to 10pm. We understand that flexibility is crucial, if you need to access your lot when our facility is closed please contact The Safe LLC to arrange access.

We do offer package discounts. September to October we have a months rent free if you wrap and store with us. Reserve a wrap service with us and we will reach out to you.
